The editorial board of the “Mineral resources of Ukraine” journal invites authors of scientific articles in the field of geology to publish their works on the pages of our edition.

The “Mineral Resources of Ukraine” journal was founded in 1994 as a scientific professional edition. In 2020, the journal confirmed its status by re-attestation by the Ministry of Education and Science in category “B” in the field of geological (17.03.2020) and technical sciences (17.03.2020) in the following specialties:

103 – Earth Sciences;

184 – Mining;

185 – Oil and gas engineering and technology.

The journal publishes materials on topical issues of geological research, in particular in the field of regional geology, petrology and metallogeny, hydrocarbons’ geology, alternative and renewable energy sources, drilling technology and techniques. Among that, the journal publishes reviews of international geological events, covers issues raised at geological forums, conferences, symposia and congresses.

All articles submitted to the editorial board of the “Mineral Resources of Ukraine” journal are reviewed and edited. Following the recommendations of the reviewers, the editorial board decides to accept or reject the manuscripts.

The journal’s editorial board includes leading scientists in specialized profiles/directions, headed by Doctor of Geological, Technical and Geographical Sciences – Rudko Georgy Ilyich.

Among the foreign representatives of the editorial board are the scientists from Poland, Bulgaria, Turkey, Great Britain and other countries who promote the “Mineral Resources of Ukraine” journal in the international scientific community.

The articles are published in three languages: Ukrainian, English and Russian. Each article has a digital descriptor DOI.
At the present, the journal is a part of the international scientific information systems, viz.: DOAJ abstract database, Index Copernicus scientometric database (ICV2018-75,87), Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory registration database.

The archive and current numbers are presented in the National Library of Ukraine named after V.I Vernadsky.

The publication’s frequency is four issues per year.
